So tomorrow is the last day before Thanksgiving break... 1. I wish we had a short fall break sometime before Thanksgiving break. It's been a pretty long stretch. 2. I am nervous about keeping the kids focused on the day before break. They don't want homework. They want a fun day. They want to do something completely not math related. They are getting a fun day or movie day in some of their other classes so I look like a heartless fun-hater... We're going to have them use white board markers on their desks which should help. In other news, a student stuffed his face with food when I turned my back when he knows that I have a "No Food" policy in the classroom. (It's also a school rule.)
